Welcome to the wonders of Dragonspyre clothing. Today we have the Balance clothing for wizards that have chosen spirit based spells as their secondary schools. Zanara Sablemoon apologizes that she could not be with us in person, but is here in spirit.
Balance wizards need to seek out Zanara Sablemoon. She is the first clothing recipe vendor that you will encounter on your travels through Dragonspyre, unless you count Balthazar Dragonthorn who does sell one recipe for a MooShu robe. Zananara can be found in the Tower archives, not far from The Atheneum entrance. She has a variety of clothing recipes for Balance wizards that are level 44 and higher.
Warning from Dezzy:
You're going to need to gather 25 Sandstorm treasure cards and 63 ore to make any of these full outfit. The rest of the ingredients aren't too horribly hard to come by for the amounts required. Just click on the set title to view the full list of ingredients to make the entire set of clothing.Vivid Set of Discovery | ||||||||||||||

We begin with the crafted clothing for those with Balance/Life combination of schools. This outfit gives a decent upgrade from the MooShu clothing, not only giving a remarkable health boost but an extra 9% damage than the previous set gave. Definitely worth your time to craft this new gear. Besides, this set of clothing is actually quite sharp looking.

Balance/Death wizards aren't given as much of an additional boost to their balance damage rating but it is the same outcome as the set above. They also get an additional 10% boost to death spells when compared to the MooShu clothing. This outfit is probably worth crafting. This is another nice looking outfit but it's weird how it looks like armor and yet gives no resistance. Lack of shielding can be a bit worrisome but you can always add some defense gems to your other gear to deal with this issue. I would probably stitch the hat to a wig, but this hat isn't nearly as much of an eyesore as what we'll see in the next set of crafted clothing.

I swear, those who prefer myth school seem to get some of the weirdest outfits. I suppose that since we deal with myths, we are seen as having an air of whimsy and might appreciate walking around with a hat that looks like a dragon swallowed our head. For some strange reason of unfairness, the Balance/Myth set of clothing in MooShu only gave a 3% boost to Myth spells. Thank goodness this has been corrected, yet Myth spells still get less of a damage boost than the other secondary spells we see here today. You will definitely want to craft this upgrade as soon as you possibly can. Other than the hat, I do like the look of this set, but who knows, the hat could grow on you - but so can mold and I wouldn't welcome it either.
Please keep in mind that the numbers above reflect the properties given when the entire set is worn together. I have provided a link to the Dezzy's Closet page of our website that gives the clothing recipe and info for the sets, and the names of the individual items that make up the sets - just click on the set title. These pages are not yet available through our site but I have given exclusive early access to our blog readers!
