Hello everyone and welcome to week three of crafting your very own Watchtower Hall! How are things coming along? Don't get discouraged if you haven't made all of last weeks pieces, this is a huge project and there is no shame if it takes a long time to get everything done. This week I'm focusing on the Grassy Mound and Carved Stone Tower.

Watchtower Hall - Part 2 - Crafting with Savvy
Hello everyone! Are you ready to start working on your very own Watchtower Hall? This week we're going to focus on the Stacks of Wood planks and the Wooden Water Towers. I figured it would work out best to start with the object you need the most of and an object that you only need a few of to kind of balance things out.

Watchtower Hall - Part 1 - Crafting with Savvy
Are you ready for the last (for now, I hope) of the crafted houses? Up until now I have crafted each of the houses that I have featured, I have not personally crafted the Watchtower Hall BUT I contacted one of the sweetest ice wizards you could ever meet who has. Not only did she give me the inside scoop but generously allowed me to get tons of pictures of her lovely home.

The Wyrd House - Part 3 - Crafting with Savvy
Hello everyone! Did you finish crafting your house last time? Easy peasy huh? I just love how creepy this house is and the purple water! My favorite color just happens to be purple. The only downside I have found with this property is that the houses are only one room and quite small, but if you're not tired of crafting just yet you could whip up some castle blocks. I found that the spider house fits 7 Floor-Ceiling XL Castle Blocks, 3 Floor-Ceiling LG Castle Blocks and a Stairs Wide Castle Block fit almost perfectly. If you want to fill the little gaps you will also need 7 Floor-Ceiling Sm Castle Blocks and 4 Floor-Ceiling Md Castle Blocks to create a second floor and double your space.

The Wyrd House - Part 2 - Crafting with Savvy
Hello everyone and welcome. This week we're going to break down the ingredients. Normally I would split this part up into two pieces but since there are only 3 crafted items and only 2 each required I don't feel that will be needed.

The Wyrd House - Part 1 - Crafting with Savvy
Hello again, continuing on with the crafted houses this month we're going to craft the Wyrd House! This house is the absolute easiest to craft, I completed it in only 3 days! There is only a total of 6 items to craft to make this house and if you're lucky you can even find two of them in the Bazaar. You will need 2 each: Brick-Walled Pond, Cephalopod Obelisk and Jar of Mushrooms.

Celestial Observatory - Part 5 - Crafting with Savvy
My my my, how time flys! Did you have fun crafting your new house? I sure hope so. Now just what to put in it? There are so many items that are Celestian themed, both crafted and bought. For crafted items there is the wishing well, vase, magician statue, crescent artifact, deep sea music maker, lamp, bookshelf, planter, and extra crystal street lamps, star chalices, tree sprigs, sconces. There are of course the tapestries that go to different parts of Celestia also.

Celestial Observatory - Part 4 - Crafting with Savvy
Welcome back, have you finished up crafting your last pieces? I hope so because today I'm focusing on the last few things needed to finish crafting your house! You will need 5 Unstoppable, 5 Perfect Onyx, 3 Pristine Vial and 2 Celestian Shields. That's it? You got it. Most of these ingredients can be found with your local reagent vender and treasure card dealer. The Celestian Shield is a dropped item but can be found in the Bazaar from time to time. There is only one boss that drops the shield full time, Curuin Charmtooth, in the District of the Stars (Charmtooth's Lare), he is life and has 4,730 health, he does not cheat. Otherwise, during the Lost Pages event Carson

Spritethief, in The Floating Land (Mysterious Cave) has 9,877 health and is also life; he has one cheat, a boost of around 54% life damage. Who knows, you may already have two shields from battling Carson during the Lost Pages or by completing the quest, The Whole Tooth which is a side quest.

Celestial Observatory - Part 2 - Crafting with Savvy
This week we are going to discuss the Celestian Tree Sprig and the Celestian Sconce and what it takes to craft them. Ever since I was only a wee little wizard I have loved the look of the Celestian themed items, aren't they just so pretty?

Celestial Observatory - Part 1 - Crafting with Savvy
Ready to start crafting another great house? This time we're working on the Celestial Observatory! This is the only futuristic Celestia themed house and there is so much furniture that matches! At first I was very leery about putting the time and reagents into crafting this house because in the preview it seems very small. However, I wanted to cover it and I feel that it's very important to actually craft the objects I feature so that I can give an honest opinion about them. Much to my joy, less than a week later, I realized that it's much bigger than it appears while decorating it. The outside is huge, made up from four floating slabs connected by bridges and includes two out buildings and your very own dueling circle! I believe this is the only crafted house that comes with one.

Treetop Getaway - Part 5 - Crafting with Savvy
Congratulations! Now you've crafted your very own Treetop Getaway! Your new luxury estate can now hold 250 items inside and 250 items outside. The newest update was supposed to increase that amount to 350 but I haven't seen a change. I hope you've had fun crafting such a large project. It's a lot of hard work but is sure to be worth it!

Update! Sharing is Caring! - Crafting with Savvy
Can you believe it?! You can now share houses!! I'm SO excited! Now I can craft houses for my roommates and just place them in the shared bank! Also, if you aren't up to crafting a house but one of your smaller roommates is in need of a house but doesn't have enough gold to purchase it for themselves you could buy it and just give it to them. No more trading stuff to them just to sell!

Treetop Getaway - Part 2 - Crafting with Savvy
Hello again! As promised I'm going to start covering the different pieces to craft the Treetop Getaway! This week I'm focusing on the Azteca Scaffolding and the Dino Pillar. You will need 6 scaffolding and 10 dino pillars. That will be 12 Rebirth(tc), 6 Earthquake(tc), 180 mist wood, 48 agave leaves, and 120 leather straps for the scaffolding and 40 Colossus(tc), 250 shadow oil, 200 perfect sapphire, 80 stone block, 100 sandstone, 50 sunstone, 20 golden pearl and 10 fossil. They don't take up much space each so storing them shouldn't be too big of a problem. Don't forget that you can always store things in your attic or dorm room. Having a large yard can also be a very big help when crafting a house.

Treetop Getaway - Part 1 - Crafting with Savvy
For the
next few weeks I’m going to be covering a crafted house. Yes! I said house!
There are several houses you can craft: the Watchtower Hall, Celestial Observatory, Wyrd House and Treetop Getaway. Each has their difficulties. Crafting
a house has to be the biggest crafting challenge there is. One of the hardest
parts is keeping track of what you have crafted and what you need to craft. I
suggest making a spread sheet to keep track. It’s also helpful if you only work
on one piece at a time and when you’re done place same pieces together. You’ll
need to have a big space to keep the pieces unless you store them in your attic,
which can be handy since it will count how many you have for you. Also, if you
have a roommate who crafts the process can go quicker if they craft some of the
pieces and then place them in the shared bank.
