Level 30 Aquila Gear for Balance Wizards

We have Khalkos Coppersmith back in Dezzy's Closet. Normally, as you enter the garden from the chariot, you can find him loitering just to the right of Mount Olympus, within The Garden of Hesperides.

At least Khalkos has brought us a better example of the gear he has to offer us. There still isn't much improvement between the dropped Aquila gear and the crafted version but it IS a little bit better.

I'm not exactly sure what kind of Olympian herb is growing in that planter next to Khalkos. You might want to try taking it back to your castle so you can examine it better.

Last week we saw where the crafted version of death's clothing actually gave LESS damage than the dropped version. There is none of THAT Tom Foolery with this set of clothing, thank goodness. I still kind of wonder if it is worth the effort though, there are a bunch of reagents involved for such a slight upgrade in properties. Here's the list ...

1 Senator's Judicial Mantle
1 Senator's Judicial Toga
1 Senator's Judicial Sandals
7 Minotaur
20 Pristine Vial
40 Crystal Vial
17 Black Pearl
70 Water Lily
75 Blood Moss
60 Ore
40 Frost Flower
20 Spider Silk

jeeper! Just look at all of the ore, blood moss and water lily needed. I suppose if you have it to spare it wouldn't be much effort at all to upgrade your Senator's set to an Adept's outfit. I tried asking Khalkos why the balance crafted clothing requires a MYTH treasure card. He merely mumbled something inaudible. I'd ask him now so you can hear for yourself but somehow I don't think I want to put an Immortal on the spot like that. Just seems to set off my alarm that keeps me from trying to self destruct. Feel free to ask him for yourself next time you see him. If you manage to get an answer out of him, please let me know!

I do think that before I emptied out my reagent cabinet to make these recipes, I would compare the properties to the clothing that is available in Mooshu first. Here are links to the MooShu crafted clothing iffin you think that this sounds like a good idea:

Please keep in mind that the numbers above reflect the properties given when the entire set is worn together. I have provided a link to the Dezzy's Closet page of our website that gives the clothing recipe and info for the sets, and the names of the individual items that make up the sets - just click on the set title. These pages are not yet available through our site but I have given exclusive early access to our blog readers!
